Shopping & Security Information

All prices are in Australian dollars (AU$) and exclude GST which is only required for customers within Australia. The Australian GST (10%) will automatically be added to the pre shipping price for customers within Australia, at the checkout.

We accept the following credit cards.

Your card will be billed in AU$ Australian Dollars. This will be converted to your currency by your bank or card provider. Please use the Currency Converter provided to obtain approximate exchange rates.

We do accept Cheques, however please note that goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to MEHKI.

We also accept payment by Direct Deposit or Pay Anyone. This is when you would need to deposit funds into an nominated account. Please contact us for details.

Security Information

Our secure online shop uses 128 SSL security to protect your online transcations. We use Verisign to provide secure online credit card transactions.

Shipping Information

MEHKI endeavours to deliver the Lambykin range to all countries in the world.

We process our orders daily and aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Orders of more than 4 items require manual processing so we can calculate the best delivery rate and method. Please use the order form for these orders.

Australian customers:

We deliver via Registered Post within Australia, which includes $AU100 insurance. Prices are at a discounted rate of AU$7.50 per delivery (up to and including 2 blankets or up to and including 2 caps) incl handling. Please allow up to 5 days for delivery.

International customers:

For our international customers we provide an option of either AirMail or Courier delivery. AirMail prices are at a discounted flat rate ofAU$25 per delivery for Blankets (up to and including 2 blankets) and AUS10 for Caps (up to and including 2 caps). This cost includes insurance and handling. Usual AirMail delivery time is 7-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days.

Please contact us for Courier prices. Usual delivery time is 2-3 days. Please allow up to 4 days.

Customs and Duty:

Please note that international shipments may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges may be levied once goods have reached your country. Any charges for duty and customs are your responsibility; we have no control over these charges.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If you should wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please do so. Within 21 days of receipt of merchandise, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. After 21 days all returns are for exchanges or credit only. No returns, exchanges or credit after 60 days from date of purchase. Items being returned must be securely wrapped. All articles must be in saleable condition; previously used articles are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are one direction only; we do not pay shipping on return items. Please insure the package for full value and retain all your postal and insurance receipts. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
